Bluewater 40A Relay 

This 40A surface mount, sealed, and potted relay from Bluewater is designed for reliability in high-demand marine environments. Built to withstand saltwater conditions, it’s fully waterproof, ignition protected, and perfect for handling high current loads with a smaller-rated switch.

The #10/32 studs, which provide strong cable retention on the high-current terminals. The relay’s signal wires draw under 100mA, allowing even the smallest switches to operate it effectively. The signal terminals feature standard 0.250” and 0.187” Quick Connects for easy setup.

This relay includes only Normally Open (NO) contacts. For applications needing Normally Closed (NC) contacts, a different model is needed. It comes with nuts for the screw terminals, supports up to 40A max current, and has clearly stamped terminal labels for easy identification.
