520-52500 Big Block 525 Merc EFI/700 Replacement Exhaust System (Standard Exit) Stainless Marine has been building quality marine exhaust systems for a number of years. So when theneed arose for a manifold option or solution for the popular Mercury racing 525/600 and 700 EFI enginesthey were right on top of it. Stainless marine has designed an exhaust pattern machining fixturethat when attached to the factory cylinder head will allow boring, drilling, machining and tapping of auxiliaryexhaust system attachment holes. These new holes will allow attachment of one of their traditional H/Pmanifold systems. Exhaust exits are designed for standard Bravo exit locations. Note: Machining of Cylinder Heads is required to use these manifolds. A machining fixture is available for rent to facilitate this.

This system was designed for
mildly modified factory engine packages. It shares the same features as the
systems listed above, except its long tailpipe discharges water later in the
exhaust stream. This provides some flexibility for mild cam shaft changes. Please
consult us for cam shaft compatibility. A measurement sheet must be filled out when purchasing.
