410-286125 These Hardin Marine full time thru-prop and thru-hull diverters are a popular exhaust option for a silencing diverter system. This fixed device allows for a muffled sound that is suited for pleasure cruising and the open water. When matched with the extremely popular #410-284401 slip in mufflers you can create a quiet and quick to install system that meets most noise laws within the 50 states on any Stock 502 EFI or smaller production motor.
Our system enables the exhaust to exit through the transom and the prop at the same time by combining a silencer tip with the housing of a diverter (no electronics). At lower RPM's most of the exhaust will be heard through the exhaust tips. As RPM's increase more exhaust is forced through the Y-pipe, allowing optimum flow and noise reduction.
