620-75302 Computer Re-Calibration & Monitoring (ECU) - Non Supercharged Engines
Have you modified your stock Mercury EFI engine by
adding high performance exhaust, a bigger cam, a high flow flame arrestor, or
added a supercharger?
Hardin Marine can recalibrate your Mercury ECU (computer) to yield the very
most of your engines power The ECU precisely controls fuel requirements,
detonation control, idle speed and RPM limitations We have dyno-tested
multiple combinations and know what works! Call us with your application
requirements and we will lead you to maximum horsepower from you EFI
engine Allow approximately 4-7 days turn around time.
***Results will vary depending on boat design, propping, atmospheric conditions, environment and drivers. We cannot guarantee speed or plane time increases with the many different applications. MPH and power increase % are helpful rules of thumbs and are in no way guaranteed.
*** We Do not offer any outboard tuning options***

121-1210 Max Volt Catalyst Eliminator Computer
The Catalytic Eliminator Computer (CEC) is designed specifically for marine engine application testing. A team of marine electrical engineers created this easy to use testing tool to define failed secondary or post O2 sensors needed for replacement. There is no cutting or splicing of wires; everything is plug and play! Perfect for testing a replacement performance or racing only non-O2 based exhaust system with a header system to obtain peak engine performance data.
If your boat has fouled its post oxygen sensors and is no longer under the factory warranty, then you know what it costs to have new sensors installed and the trouble codes cleared. This unit will bypass post O2 sensors and solve a failed/plugged or no cat application.
Note:
- Only works with the 4 pin plug switching style O2 sensors.
- Will not work on the newer wide band O2 sensors with 6 pin plugs.
- Works with Mercruiser applications ONLY.
WARNING! This module is not to be used on emissions regulated waterways. The intent of this module is to allow the running of a catalyzed marine engine without the catalytic converters installed and without triggering any ECU error codes. With the engine operating in this condition, the emissions control system will be rendered inoperative. For this reason, do not operate the vessel on emissions regulated waterways. This computer system is not legal for any purpose other than testing purposes and not for use on any state or federal waterway.

221-1090 The Marine Design Corporation IAC Survival Kit is designed specifically for Mercury Racing 600SCi, 662SCi and 700SCi engines but will work with many other applications. See the full list of compatible engines in the additional info section. Our kit eliminates costly PCM damage that can occur when an IAC fails, which can be a common occurrence. The kit was developed for twin engine applications and includes two plug-and-play IAC harnesses that are fused to prevent a direct short to the PCM. Also included are two USA made IAC units with gaskets, hardware, (just in case you drop one in the bilge) spare fuses and a canvas storage pouch. Replacement IACs and fuses are also available.
The advantage of the harness is to prevent a failed IAC from damaging the PCM, which is $2,000+ to replace. The harness contains a replaceable fuse that will blow and prevent the shorted IAC from damaging the PCM (ECU-Computer). This is a common failure point blamed on the IAC but the root problem isn't the IACs, it's the fact that Mercury is exceeding the duty cycle on many of the engines that causes them to overheat and short out.
