These billet engine mounts by Hardin Marine offer an affordable option when looking to upgrade from your original rubber OEM mount in mild performance applications These strong billet aluminum mount bases are matched with 316 SS mounting posts These mounts are designed as a direct replacement for most MerCruiser OEM engine mounts. Base Measures 5-1/4" in Length, 2-1/2" in Width and 1-1/4" Tall. Mounting holes are 4" center to center. Overall Height from base to top of stud is 4-1/2".

For those of you seeking the looks of a billet style lid on your super strainer, Hardin Marine offers these attractive sea strainer billet lids. These lids are CNC machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and offer the perfect decorative touch to any of the Hardin Sea Strainers. Available in polished and popular coated colors.

This lid fits Hardin Marine Swirl-A-Way 620-91320X Sea Strainers. It does not fit the Gil Style strainer.

What separates the Billet-track serpentine systems is engineering and design in the harshest of environments. The use of a specially designed spring loaded billet belt tensioner system keeps belt tension at a pre-loaded tension regardless of engine rpm. This is key to avoiding belt grip as well as a long life span. 

The billet track serpentine system is available in both a power steering equipped version and non-power steering version. The kits come complete with beautifully polished Billet-Track aluminum serpentine pulleys as well as high speed billet idlers featuring sealed bearings. Maintaining proper engine oil temperature has become critical to the success or failure of today’s performance marine engines. Prolonged use of marine engines in conditions where oil cannot reach its optimum working temperatures will result in sludge formation and crankcase dilution which leads to excessive wear especially in the cylinder bores and bearing surfaces. A thermostat assembly combats this by permitting 90% of the engines oil to bypass the cooler during warm up. The balance of the oil flow is allowed to flow through the cooler maintaining constant pressure and preventing air pockets while eliminating cold oil shock. This reduces scuffing and premature wear and inhibits engine blow-by. As engine oil temperature reaches its optimum operating temperature moisture and impurities that often cause a milky condition are eliminated.

This control box is paired with a transmitter that is operated entirely by bluetooth. The transmitter will work up to 30 ft. away from the control box, The transmitter will operate drive trim, trim tabs or any other momentary switch application. DOES NOT includes switches

The switch transmitter requires a 12 volt power source and the draw is less than 5 amps. Each transmitter input is activated using +12 volts so they are compatible with any type of switch, including Bluewater. The Controller also requires a 12 volt power source with a maximum draw of up to 10 amps per switched load. Switched loads greater than 10 amps will require an external relay. Each switched output will change to + 12 volts when activated. Please note that the enclosures are not waterproof or ignition protected.

Each controller and transmitter pair have matching serial numbers so they must be kept together. The pairing uses an encrypted code and cannot be undone, or hijacked in the field. If a system requires repair we will need both the controller and the switch transmitter returned to MDC. Also, you can install as many of these systems in a single boat as you want, they will all operate independently and will not interfere with each other.
