With decades devoted to marine exhaust technology Hardin Marine knows a HIGH horsepower muffler does not work by restricting flow. There is a balance between noise reduction and horse power retention. The HCX series mufflers tuned free-flow unrestricted design along their with strategically placed louvers streamlines your boats exhaust flow reducing back pressure while also adding a level of sound deadening and providing up to 8 decibels (8" version) of noise reduction and an incomparable deep, rich sound.

In order to offer maximum exhaust flow in its most basic sense and for the muffler to reduce noise, it must separate that noise (sound waves), by separating the peaks and valleys produced by the exhaust note. These sound waves are then absorbed throughout the length of the muffler, the harsh (Loud) noise notes can be some what neutralized through this technology this is exactly how the HCX series muffler achieves this.

These mufflers provide the long awaited option to the numerous 750+ horse powered boats that longed for a muffler option that wouldn’t rob them of their available horse power and that could also be easily installed and removed for various boating environments. The lightweight design is perfect for dry tailpipe applications but they can also be used in wet pipe applications. Common applications are high horsepower, supercharged or normally aspirated engines. Each muffler is precision TIG welded utilizing all stainless steel construction. The mufflers are available in a long 16" and a 4" O.D. They are easily removable with just 1 hex screw (no special tool needed, just a standard size allen wrench)

Tunable Stainless Steel Header Water Pressure T-Valve

The Hardin Marine T-Valve is a spring/ball style water flow check valve designed to control the flow and time of release of the water into water injected exhaust headers thus rendering the headers dryer and hot at an idle when properly adjusted and allow water flow at the appropriately tuned higher engine RPM's.

By adjusting a boats water inlet or exit you can control the water pressure that is feed to the T valve. The unique advantage of the Hardin Marine tee valve is that it features threaded exits ports. This thread allows use of optional brass tuning jets (Sold Separately) for additional control of the amount of water flow you may desire for your particular application.

The optional brass water jets are available with a 0.100 orifice and can be drilled out to allow additional water flow if so desired. This T-Valve accepts 2 brass water jets. The 316L premium grade stainless steel tee valve features -8AN or (3/4X16UNJ thread) connections. Also replaces #BR-TVALVE-73.

Restrict your water flow as necessary with these Restrictors (Sold Separately). NO LONGER will you need to drill and tap fittings for water restriction!

For the boater searching for a heavy duty throttle assembly here it is.This foot throttle features a raised lip all the way around the foot pedal to help retain your foot into the pedal in the roughest of boating conditions. The throttle assembly is a floor mounted style and accepts all popular 33C style cables. Each pedal assembly is not polished and comes in a bright shine finish. Bolt Together Heavy Duty Outdrive Stand For Mercruiser, Volvo & OMC

This stand was built to withstand the abuse of any boat shop or the home mechanic. Constructed from 1” square and 1/8” thick steel tubing. Heavy-duty swivel casters are mounted on all 4 corners making this unit easy to roll around the shop. Non-slip rubberized marine grade tape is added to the top rails for the drive to rest upon without scuffing.

• The stand measures 12.5" Wide x 24.5" Length x 22.5" High with casters

In most cases this Drive Stand can help in the removal and or the installation of your outdrive (removal of the prop is required for this step). You can put your drive on this stand from the front or from the back of the stand. No need to flip your drive around on the stand. Most other stands on the market today you have to remove the drive from the stand and turn the drive around and replace the drive back onto the stand to perform work and do it all over again when you want to reinstall the drive.

You can perform maintenance on your drive with the drive stand on the ground or with the casters removed these stands can be bolted to your bench top for a more permanent repair station. When not in use these can be stacked for storage.

If your cavitation plate is at least 5-1/2" wide and the bottom of the lower drive to the cavitation plate is less than 20 inches this stand will work for you.

This foot throttle features the same great raised lip style pedal as the other heavy duty throttle except that it has a stringer mount style base allowing it to mount vertically, perfect for boats that do not have a sub-floor.This pedal assembly comes in the popular bright shine finish and will accept all popular 33 series cables. Internal foot area measures 12" in length. This foot control works in a push style only.

The hex shaped body is 2-3/4" long. The bolt holes in the rod ends are 5/16".

High Speed Saginaw Style Power Steering Pump - 1500 PSI

This all new performance power steering pump is a direct replacement for most GM P-series Saginaw OEM power steering pumps. These pumps produce an increase of pressure thus aiding in low speed steering response.

NOTE: Reservoir is sold separately.

Why is this pump better?

• The bearing snout is machined to replace the stock bronze bushing with #203 needle bearing.
• The shaft is machined from 4140 tool steel and is heat treated to 75/80 Rockwell. Will not break if you dead head the pump.
• The shaft has dual thrust washers to insure control forward and rear movement when under load.
• The main boring housing is machined to a larger diameter to clean up wore surface. Larger ring, rotor and vanes are installed.
• The main oil passage is enlarge for greater flow
• Flow valve bore is machined larger. Unit comes with larger valve and spring.
• Our pumps flows 4-3/4 to 5-1/4 GPM. Double the output than a stock Saginaw "P" series pump.

High Torque - Top Mount Starter, Counter Clockwise Rotation

Hardin Marine introduces the new High Torque, Top Mount Starter. This starter features 5 full roller bearings, and a heat dissipating solenoid designed to eliminate the “hot start” syndrome. It features a 9 tooth pinion gear. Fits applications with a 4" center to center mounting hole dimension. The sealed drive assembly prevents debris from entering the starter motor. Counter Clockwise Rotation. This reliable starter will have your boat turning over every time for years to come. Needs .040-.100 clearance between the edge of the starter gear to the edge of the flywheel when the starter is not engaged. The starter gear should use 90% of the ring gear when the starter is engaged.
