Mercruiser KM Control Cable

Direct replacement cables for Mariner, Mercruiser and Mercury engines.

This is an all new high performance power steering pump designed as a replacement for most mercury and mercruiser style steering pumps. This pump features numerous improvements over the factory unit.  These pumps produce an increase of pressure thus aiding in low speed steering response.

 Why is this pump better than a OEM stock pump?

• The bearing snout is machined to replace the stock bronze bushing with #203 needle bearing.
• The shaft is machined from 4140 tool steel and is heat treated to 75/80 Rockwell. Will not break if you dead head the pump.
• The shaft has dual thrust washers to insure control forward and rear movement when under load.
• The main boring housing is machined to a larger diameter to clean up wore surface. Larger ring, rotor and vanes are installed.
• The main oil passage is enlarge for greater flow
• Flow valve bore is machined larger. Unit comes with larger valve and spring.
• Our pumps flows 4-3/4 to 5-1/4 GPM. Double the output than a stock Saginaw "P" series pump.
• 1500 PSI max

MerCruiser Style Wiring Pigtail - Mercury Plug, Instrument Side 12"

This plug is for use when building a boat harness. They are designed to plug into a Mercury engine harness. You can then connect your wiring and run it to your necessary gauges, switches, etc.

Note: Uses 14 AWG wire, the large red power wire and large black ground wire is 10 AWG wire.

Mercruiser Y-Pipe Insert Caps

These caps are commonly used when switching to a thru-hull exhaust system when the y-pipe is no longer needed to route the exhaust. Instead of pulling the engine to remove the y-pipe you can now easily slip these in and clamp them down, easy as that. Oval Shaped for Mercruiser applications. Made of stainless steel these caps will be good for years to come. Sold in pairs.

Impeller Rebuild Service Kit - For Gen 4, Gen 5/6, Rev. 1 Hardin Stainless Pumps - Mercury Replacement

This impeller kit is a rebuild service kit for the Hardin Marine stainless impeller housing 625-4178 and stainless pumps 625-4110 and 625-4118 . This kit comes with new wear plates , O-rings, and impeller. Rev. 1 Version for pumps manufactured up to 12/2012.

Which Rebuild kit do I need?

Rev. 1 pumps have a 1/8" drain plug in the rear housing and a slotted front wear plate.
Rev. 2 pumps have no drain plug and a solid front wear plate.

These MLS exhaust gaskets are ideal for both aluminum heads & cast iron heads as well as cast iron and aluminum blocks. The composition of MLS gaskets will also withstand the shearing forces created by aluminum heads on cast iron blocks. No re-torque is required and by design promotes an even torque load across the sealing surface.

Mercury Racing 700 Intercooler Hi-Flow Fitting Kit

This fitting kit replaces the stock fittings with larger higher flow fittings allowing better cooling performance. Fittings are -10 AN.

Mercury Racing Fuel Filter Element (Replacement #35-8M0000202 or (RF500M)

The FST Performance RF500M fits the OEM Mercury racing filter head as well as the Hardin Marine Billet fuel / water separator head #625-7667. This filter removes contaminates down to as small as 3 Microns while separating water. With a flow rate of 5GPM and up to 300 GPH flow with less than 1% pressure drop at 75psi through 579 sq.in. of filter material.

Measurements: 6-1/2" tall and 3-5/8" wide. Thread size is 1"-14
