PowerFlow Big Block Polished Manifold and "SA" Riser Kit 3" Taller

Shown with optional riser bung. These high performance manifolds are unique in design, that creates a high velocity airflow that increases torque, rpm, and horsepower over stock cast iron manifolds. We have experienced 40-50 foot pound of torque on big block 502, 415 horsepower motors, and 80 to 90 foot pounds of torque on engines up to 575 cubic inches.

PowerFlow manifolds are water-jacketed, water surrounds each exhaust passage, including the ports to eliminate burnout.

Big Block 3" Stainless steel "SA" riser pipes are designed to replace stock Mercruiser Bravo exhaust with 3" riser block between manifold & riser. 3/4"npt fitting is used on front of pipe for thermostat housing that have (4) 1" hoses water to go to exhaust manifolds if needed click on (ADD BUNG). Shift bracket, ECM, or EFI brackets available as bolt on or welded to the risers. To order see PowerFlow accessories. They can also be used with our Aluminum "S" pipes part number 02-1225 for under swim step applications.

The risers are highly polished stainless steel, and are designed for 4" exhaust tips. We offer a wide variety of riser pipe configurations to accommodate just about every application. Custom riser pipes can also be manufactured to order, see "custom pipes" for details.

Powerflow Big Block System with Stainless Silent Choice Risers

This popular system allows the use of a switchable exhaust diverter. These risers are stainless steel and custom designed to ease installation. They use a standard 4" diverter connection.

Powerflow manifolds are manufactured using the finest materials and most advanced techniques available. The high quality aluminum manifold castings feature water jackets that surround each exhaust passage, including the port, to eliminate the possibility of burn out.

 The outside manifold surfaces are then coated with the highest quality epoxy powder coating available, creating a part that not only is highly corrosion resistant, but good looking as well. Features an external fitting to accept stock MerCruiser thermostat plumbing.
