If you need electrical connectors that are unaffected by water, chemicals, vibration, temperature or dirt, and that will not come apart accidentally, then you need our Weathertight Connectors. The Weathertight Connectors are molded from a special nylon material to withstand temperatures from -40° to +275° and are indexed to prevent mismatching.
Positive locks let you know when the connectors are completely joined by producing an audible CLICK and they cannot vibrate apart. No click means no connection. For maximum electrical isolation, each terminal has its own tower so there is no chance of shorting between wires. Each terminal tower utilizes self-lubricating silicone seals for protection against water, dust, oil and other engine compartment fluids. Each terminal also has a silicone seal crimped to it that prevents contaminants from entering along the wire.
To secure each connector there is a secondary lock that snaps over terminals and prevents them from backing out. Weathertight Connectors are available individually or in bulk packs of 10 each.
